Neem Karoli Ashram
Introduction:
Neem Karoli Baba Ashram, also known as Kainchi Dham, is a charming tiny ashram located in the wooded foothills of the Himalayas in Uttarakhand. Baba, or Maharajji as he was also known, was distinguished by the unbridled love that could be felt in his presence. He was dressed in a white dhoti (unstitched garment) and carried a blanket across his shoulders. Due to the illustrious Shri Neem Karoli Baba Maharaj Ji, this ashram has gained recognition.
History-
When Sadhu Premi Baba and Sombari Maharaj conducted Yagyas in Kainchi village in 1962, Baba Neem Karoli built a Chabootara around the site. 6. He also constructed Lord Hanuman's temples in numerous locations. On June 15th, 1964, Lord Hanuman's first temple was officially opened. It's a revered temple that is encircled by hills, trees, and a river that runs alongside it.

The Kumaon Hills in Uttarakhand are home to the stunning, seclusion-loving mountain ashram known as Kainchi. It is about 38 kilometers away from Nainital. In season, several hundred people every day visit these temples. Route to reach Neem Karoli Ashram:

Mela in Neem Karoli Ashram
The Pratishtha Divas is a festival that is observed at the ashram every year on June 15. During this time, many devotees visit Kainchi Dham to receive Prasad. The temple receives over a lakh visitors on June 15 every year. Therefore, a visit to the Neem Karoli Baba Ashram is a must, not just for ardent followers of Maharaj Ji but for anyone who wants to spend a day in solitude and tranquility.
Steve Jobs In Ashram
Deeply influenced by Indian spiritualism in the 1970s, Steve Jobs visited the Kainchi Dham Ashram in Nainital, Uttarakhand (the Ashram of Baba Neem Karoli or Baba Neeb Karori, which is thought to be a reincarnation of Lord Hanuman), and it is thought that it was here that he received the inspiration to found Apple.
